Job Description
We are hiring for a Pakistan-based SaaS firm for the role of Client Success & GoHighLevel Manager. You will lead client onboarding, deliver services via GoHighLevel (websites, automations, pipelines), and ensure measurable client success within the first week.
- Onboard clients and collect business assets (logos, domains, etc.).
- Configure GoHighLevel: automations, triggers, chat widget, review system, calendars, GMB, and integrations.
- Build or customize websites from templates and maintain account documentation.
- Monitor dashboards, ensure automations run smoothly, and manage client communications.
Requirements: 1+ year GHL or CRM experience, strong English, organized, tech-savvy, proactive, able to work independently. On-site in Sahiwal, Punjab. Hours: 2 PM–9 PM, Monday–Saturday.
