Job Description
Incotec Industries seeks a Sales Manager to lead regional sales in Islamabad. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of sales experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred) and a bachelor’s or master’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred). This full-time, in-person role requires a proven sales record and strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Lead regional sales efforts, develop strategies, grow business, and manage key accounts
- Negotiate contracts, monitor market trends, prepare monthly reports, coordinate orders
- Mentor junior staff; use MS Office and CRM effectively; target-driven; own transportation required
