Job Description
Touchstone Communications invites applications for an HR Intern to support our busy BPO operations. This full-time internship (3 PM–12 AM) offers practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. Stipend: PKR 25,00.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and records management
- Maintaining HR documentation and contributing to process improvements
Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
