Job Description

We seek a professional Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to manage client inquiries, process orders (manual/ERP), coordinate with production and dispatch, and handle complaints and follow-ups. Key duties include maintaining customer records, preparing reports, supporting field sales, coordinating samples, and collecting market feedback.

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable Karachi university; strong English and Urdu communication; MS Office proficiency; customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing; ability to multitask under pressure; independent commuting. Candidates should present a pleasant professional demeanor and be comfortable wearing burqah/abaya.
