Job Description
SMA Visa Services PVT LTD seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative to welcome clients at the office and provide timely support via WhatsApp, phone, and email. The role requires accurate case research, record-keeping in MS Word and Excel, coordination with internal teams, and clear client updates.
- Education: Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent
- Skills: Proficient in MS Word and Excel; strong verbal and written communication; organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with immigration/visa processes is a plus
- Preferred candidates near DHA Phase 1; on-site work
- Salary: PKR 25,00–35,00/month
