Job Description

Redcube Technologies LLC seeks a professional Customer Support Executive to manage international customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and social media. This full-time, in-person role supports customers in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.

• Responsibilities: process orders, coordinate shipping, handle returns and exchanges, provide product guidance, and liaise with production and operations.
• Qualifications: excellent spoken and written English; 1–2 years of customer support experience (e‑commerce preferred); strong problem-solving and multitasking skills; patient, positive attitude.
