Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Client Support Associate to provide exceptional, high-quality support as the primary contact for key accounts. The role includes resolving complex client issues, managing escalations, troubleshooting technical and service problems, coordinating cross-functional responses, and maintaining accurate account records to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications: minimum 3 years of experience in client support or account management, strong written and verbal communication skills, CRM proficiency, proven problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.
