Job Description
We are seeking a driven Outbound Sales Representative to generate leads, engage prospects, and close deals via outbound calls and emails. You will identify target customers, qualify opportunities, present product benefits, manage objections, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Requirements: at least 1 year of outbound sales or telemarketing experience, excellent communication, resilience, and proven ability to work independently.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) required. Preferred: quota attainment history and familiarity with B2B/B2C SaaS or services.
