Job Description
The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets. Responsibilities include developing production schedules, supervising teams, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and coordinating maintenance and inventory control. The role enforces quality standards, leads continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma), provides staff training, and ensures regulatory and safety compliance.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of five years in production or manufacturing leadership, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with production planning tools.
