Job Description
We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to oversee order processing, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will collaborate with inventory, warehouse, and customer service teams to track orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain records in WMS/ERP systems. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience, strong attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to meet KPIs. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude are required. This role operates in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours; immediate start preferred.
