Job Description
International Business Resources LLP seeks a full-time Admin Support / Logistics Coordinator for evening/night shifts in Rawalpindi (World Trade Centre, Giga Mall). Salary: PKR 50,00–60,00.
- Manage daily traffic sheets and schedule jobs
- Enter shipment data in Google Sheets; assign drivers/subcontractors
- Monitor job progress, collect PODs, and prepare jobs for invoicing
- Coordinate container bookings, releases, and returns
Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, basic Excel/Google Sheets skills, and excellent English. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
