Job Description

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to promote and sell security guard services to commercial, residential, and industrial clients. The successful candidate will excel in field sales, establish long-term client relationships, and consistently meet targets.

• Develop and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and research.
• Present tailored security solutions, prepare quotations, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records, manage follow-ups, and coordinate onboarding with operations.
• Qualifications: proven sales experience (security services preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated and professional. Minimum education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree. Valid driving license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs60,00–Rs70,00/month | Work Location: On-site
