Job Description
Nexline BPO, powered by RCMBS, is seeking full-time Verifiers to confirm customer identity, contact, beneficiary, and policy information for auto insurance and final expense products. You will validate documents, conduct scripted verification calls, record accurate data in the CRM, flag discrepancies, and coordinate with agents to resolve issues while complying with state, federal, and company regulations.
- Qualifications: call center or insurance verification experience, clear verbal communication, professional phone etiquette, strong attention to detail, accurate data-entry, and effective time-management.
