Job Description
Call Cafe seeks energetic, customer-focused International Inbound Customer Service Representatives for full‑time, in‑house evening and night shifts (six days per week) at Building No. 522, B‑Block, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, providing accurate product, pricing, and availability information, coordinating with internal teams, and performing data entry.
- Fluent English (minimum intermediate); strong listening, multitasking, and professional phone etiquette
- Aged up to 25 years; able to work night shifts
- 6 months–1 year customer service experience preferred; freshers are encouraged to apply
- Female applicants are strongly encouraged to apply
- Salary: Rs50,00–70,00 per month
