Job Description
We are seeking a responsible, fashion-aware Clothing Manager to supervise daily operations of the clothing department. This in-person, full-time role includes a 12-hour shift, 4 leaves per month, and a salary of PKR 40,00–60,00.
- Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory: receiving, tagging, pricing, replenishment, and daily stock reports.
- Ensure product quality, accurate sizing, visual merchandising, and adherence to store standards.
- Handle customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and support promotions to drive sales.
- Requirements: 1–3 years retail or clothing management experience, strong garment and fabric knowledge, good communication; visual merchandising experience preferred.
