Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Night Shift Call Center Agent to manage inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and accurately document all interactions. The role requires strong English communication, sound problem-solving abilities, and basic computer proficiency.

• Shift: Overnight, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with rotating weekends.
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred; training provided.
• Must remain calm under pressure, multitask effectively, and demonstrate reliability.
