Job Description
TechBiz Global GmbH seeks an Adobe Journey Optimizer Specialist to support a leading client team. The specialist will configure and manage multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, push, in-app), design and implement real-time triggers, integrate RT‑CDP audiences into workflows, define offer decisioning, branching, and personalization rules, and perform QA, testing, monitoring, and optimization of live journeys.
- Required: deep expertise in Adobe AJO and real-time orchestration
- Proven experience in journey design and cross-channel campaign execution
- Familiarity with RT‑CDP audience segmentation/activation and strong troubleshooting skills
