Job Description
Right Room seeks a full-time Virtual Property Manager to remotely support UK landlords and tenants on a 12-month contract. You will oversee listings, respond to enquiries, coordinate viewings, manage tenancy applications and referencing, handle digital paperwork, arrange basic maintenance, and maintain CRM records while consistently delivering professional customer service.
Ideal candidates have lettings or property management experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with UK rental legislation and remote property duties is preferred. The role offers remote working, bonus opportunities, and professional development. Salary: Rs50,00–Rs60,00 per month.
