Job Description
Prime BPO & Telecommunications is seeking a full-time Sales Verification Consultant for international campaigns. The role involves making outbound calls to U.S. customers to verify personal and insurance information, supporting medical equipment sales, and maintaining accurate call records. Key duties include identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, ensuring campaign compliance, and meeting daily and monthly verification targets. Applicants must have a minimum of one year of call center experience, fluent English with a clear, confident accent, strong communication and verification skills, and availability for night shifts. Compensation: Rs100,00–Rs150,00 per month. Work location: in person.
