Job Description
Designs Tech invites applications for Chat Support Agents to cover day and night shifts in Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 8. The successful candidates will handle live chat inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve client issues, meet daily chat targets, and maintain exceptional client satisfaction.
- Requirements: excellent English communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
