Job Description
We seek a Youth Development Associate to support programs that empower young people through mentorship, workshops, and community outreach. The Associate will assist program planning, coordinate events, and track outcomes to ensure measurable impact.
- Responsibilities: coordinate events, recruit and train volunteers, build partnerships with schools and local organizations, and assist in delivering workshops and mentoring activities.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, prior youth-serving experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and availability for occasional evenings or weekends.
