Job Description
I Concepts seeks a disciplined Security Control Room Operator to perform hourly outbound checks to site guards, maintain precise log reports, manage WhatsApp guard book entries for book‑on/book‑off, and respond to emergency calls promptly and in accordance with protocols.
- Excellent spoken English (UK or neutral accent)
- Punctual, independent, available year‑round with scheduled weekly offs
- Prior call center experience preferred
- Full‑time and part‑time positions, in person near Cavalry Ground, Lahore
Fixed basic salary: Rs40,00/month. Preference given to consistent, punctual candidates committed to long‑term service.
