Job Description
ABIC seeks an experienced HR Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws throughout the employee lifecycle. The role oversees onboarding, recordkeeping, audits, offboarding, policy development and updates, employee relations advisement, and training for HR and business teams.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in HR, business, law, or related field; 5–7+ years in HR compliance or employment law.
- Expertise: Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, HRIS proficiency, and auditing experience.
- Skills: excellent communication, strong analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail; proactive, collaborative, and adaptable.
- Job type: Full-time. Compensation: Rs250,00–Rs300,00/month. Work location: In person.
