Job Description
HRSG seeks an experienced Plant General Manager to lead all operations at a chemical plant in Karachi. The role oversees production, process engineering, utilities, maintenance, HSE, and quality to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient continuous operations.
- Develop and implement SOPs and preventive maintenance; lead process optimization and root-cause analysis.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, performance reporting, and cross-functional teams.
- Requirements: B.E. (Chemical preferred) or Mechanical; 20+ years of industry experience with at least 5 years leading full plant operations.
- Full-time on-site. Compensation: Rs300,00–Rs500,00/month.
