Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to support HR operations at our manufacturing facility. You will manage recruitment and onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations, benefits, training coordination, and HR records to maintain a productive and compliant workforce.

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and personnel documentation
• Administer payroll, benefits, and daily HR processes
• Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Coordinate training and development initiatives

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; 3-4 years of HR experience (manufacturing preferred); strong communication and organizational skills.
