Job Description
Lead the People Operations function to define and execute HR strategy and practices that enable growth and a high-performance culture. Oversight includes talent lifecycle, performance management, compensation, policy, compliance, HRIS, and employee engagement. Partner with leaders on organizational design, change initiatives, and DEI efforts while building scalable, data-informed processes.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in HR, including 3+ years managing teams
- Strong expertise in HR systems, employment law, analytics, and project management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s in HR or related field; Master’s preferred
- Proven ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment
