Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to oversee product inspections, sampling, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves performing incoming and in-process inspections, analyzing test results, identifying defects, and coordinating corrective actions with production and engineering teams. You will maintain quality records, revise procedures, and support continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field (or equivalent); 2+ years of QC experience
- Knowledge of ISO standards, basic statistical tools, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to work cross-functionally
