Job Description
ABS International (Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13‑C, Karachi) seeks energetic Customer Support Executives for US international campaigns on night shift (6:00 PM–2:00 AM). Compensation: PKR 40,00–50,00 base (based on experience/accent), incentives up to PKR 20,00, and a PKR 3,00 attendance allowance — reliable performers commonly earn PKR 65,00–75,00.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve issues with First Contact Resolution.
- Use CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot; strong multitasking required.
- Requirements: fluent English with a neutral/American accent; 6+ months BPO experience preferred; exceptional-English freshers encouraged.
