Job Description
French Medical Aesthetics is seeking a confident, full-time Customer Service Representative for an in-person role. Travel allowance provided. The CSR will manage incoming calls, WhatsApp and online inquiries; advise clients on treatments, packages and pricing; schedule and confirm appointments; maintain records, follow-ups and daily reports; coordinate with doctors and aestheticians; and support promotions and social media activities.
- Requirements: prior clinic experience REQUIRED; fluent in English and Urdu; strong persuasion and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with HIFU, PRP, HydraFacial, lasers and IV drips is a plus.
- Compensation: Rs45,00–65,00 per month.
