Job Description
Bukhari HR Consultancy’s client in Islamabad seeks a full-time Outbound Sales Agent to work onsite at Soan Garden, shift 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. This fast-paced position targets US/Canada prospects through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn support, and appointment setting.
- Daily: high-volume outbound calls, follow-up emails, lead qualification per scripts, scheduling meetings, and CRM updates.
- Meet weekly KPIs and maintain accurate records in dialers and CRM systems.
- Requirements: excellent spoken and written English, BPO experience with US/Canadian campaigns, confidence handling cold calls and objections, reliable and target-driven.
- Compensation: Rs40,00–50,00 per month. Work location: in person.
