Job Description
Sehar Foods is seeking a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead product inspections and uphold consistent product quality. The successful candidate will detect and report defects, coordinate corrective actions with production teams, and maintain accurate QC records and SKU tracking. You will recommend and document process improvements, support development and implementation of QA plans, and perform daily quality rounds covering hygiene, packing, filling, and production to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal reporting, and effective teamwork are required to drive continuous improvement and reliable product outcomes.
