Job Description
Partners in Development (PID), a leading engineering consulting firm, seeks a Business Development Assistant with demonstrated expertise in preparing high-quality technical and financial proposals for infrastructure and transportation projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; 5–10 years’ experience in business development/proposal writing for engineering consultancies or donor-funded projects; familiarity with government and multilateral procurement (World Bank, ADB, UN, NHA, C&W) preferred; strong technical writing, organization, and MS Office/AI proficiency.
- Analyze RFPs/EOIs and develop compliant, competitive proposal strategies.
- Draft and finalize technical and financial proposals in coordination with technical teams and management.
- Maintain proposal library, track opportunities, and monitor outcomes for continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract. Work Location: In person.
