Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Assistant to support the efficient operation of our office. The successful candidate will maintain cleanliness, assist with basic administrative duties, and provide general support to staff and visitors.
- Maintain office cleanliness: sweeping, mopping, dusting, kitchen upkeep, and preparing tea for guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks: photocopying and outdoor duties.
- Run errands: pick up supplies and deliver documents.
- Support staff: answer phones and direct visitors.
- Manage office supplies: restock paper, pens, and other materials.
