Job Description
Mars BPO seeks motivated Lead Closing Executives to manage leads, verify information, and close sales independently. The role involves making outbound calls, presenting products, addressing objections, finalizing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Shift: Night, 7:00 PM–5:00 AM
- Location: 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Rd, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi
- Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs65,00/month; performance incentives and growth opportunities
- Requirements: strong verbal persuasion, confidence, self-driven, target-oriented; sales or call center experience preferred; able to work with minimal supervision
