Job Description
Global Tech Solutions seeks an experienced Upwork Bidder to identify, bid on, and win projects in Website & Mobile Development, UI/UX, and Graphic Design. This is a full-time, night-shift role (Mon–Sat), on-site in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi.
- Draft tailored proposals and manage Upwork messages and client calls.
- Assess project requirements and coordinate with design, development, and PM teams.
- Track bid activity, conversions, and meet monthly targets.
Requirements: 2–4 years as an Upwork bidder or BDE with documented success, excellent English, strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client-management skills. Competitive salary, commissions, and clear growth opportunities.
