Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, confident part-time in-person Bilingual Call Center Agent for outbound Urdu/Punjabi campaigns. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, providing clear information, answering inquiries, offering solutions, meeting targets, and logging call notes in Word or Excel. Candidates must be fluent in Urdu and Punjabi, with strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. One year of outbound calling or customer service experience is preferred; exceptional fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome. Compensation: Rs35,00–75,00 per month plus incentives, with training and opportunities for professional growth.
