Job Description

Apt Resources seeks an experienced Diamond Evaluator to join our client’s mining operations in Angola. The successful candidate will conduct expert assessment, grading, and valuation of rough diamonds in line with international gemological standards.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and grade rough diamonds using gemological instruments.
• Estimate market value using current pricing and trend data.
• Maintain accurate parcel documentation and valuation reports.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for secure handling and transport.

Qualifications & Benefits:

• Degree in Gemology or related field with minimum 8 years’ experience.
• Fluent in Portuguese and/or English.
• Monthly salary USD 5,00–7,00 plus commission; accommodation, meals, and 30 days annual leave with travel support provided.
