Job Description
Full-time, office-based. Salary: PKR 40,00–60,00/month. 12-hour shifts; 4 leaves per month. Work location: in person.
Key responsibilities include managing daily grocery operations; supervising staff and assigning tasks; maintaining stock levels, checking expirations, and ensuring timely replenishment; inspecting product quality and damaged items; coordinating supplier orders and deliveries; ensuring proper display, labeling, and pricing; maintaining cleanliness; resolving customer complaints; supporting promotions; and preparing daily stock and sales reports.
Requirements: 2–3 years’ experience in grocery or retail management; strong FMCG and inventory handling knowledge; ability to identify expired/damaged goods; excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and time-management skills.
