Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Operator to oversee daily production, supervise operator teams, and ensure product quality and safety. Responsibilities include coordinating shift activities, troubleshooting equipment, implementing process improvements, training staff, maintaining production records, and collaborating with maintenance and management to meet KPI targets.
- Qualifications: 3+ years in manufacturing or operations, proven leadership, technical/mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, and flexibility for rotating shifts.
- Forklift certification or other relevant equipment credentials preferred.
