Job Description
We are seeking a responsible, energetic Telephone Operator and Data Feeder to handle calls and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, basic data-entry experience, and attention to detail.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally; record and maintain call logs
- Enter, update, and verify data with accuracy
- Provide information and support to customers and internal teams while ensuring confidentiality
- Perform administrative duties and multitask effectively under pressure
Requirements: intermediate or bachelor’s degree preferred; proficiency in English and Urdu; MS Office skills; fast, accurate typing; customer-focused attitude. Full-time, on-site role. Salary: Rs45,00–Rs55,00 per month.
