Job Description
HR Force International seeks a detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Associate to support BPro Hubs. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, performing month- and year-end closings, preparing journal entries, and conducting bank and vendor reconciliations. You will manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP), assist with audits, and contribute to process improvements.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 0–6 months of relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems (QuickBooks, Odoo)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, strong communicator, and eager to learn
