Job Description
Far 360 Consultancy seeks a Food Cost Controller to monitor and control hotel Food & Beverage (F&B) costs and maximize profitability. The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hotel Management and have 4–6 years of hospitality cost-control experience, preferably within 4–5‑star hotels.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost and variance reports.
- Supervise F&B and operational costs versus budgets and conduct stock audits.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Purchasing to minimize waste and pilferage; review receiving reports and transfers.
- Strong expertise in F&B costing, inventory management, and procurement required.
Job Type: Full-time. Salary: Rs90,00–Rs115,00/month. Location: In person.
