Job Description

Abacus Outsourcing invites qualified candidates to walk-in interviews for Customer Relations Officer positions in Islamabad. Walk-ins: September 9–10, 2025, 12:00 PM–3:00 PM at Plot No. 348–352, Street No. 5, Near Wilson, I-9/3.

Role: inbound call handling for local and international projects.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher; strong spoken English or Urdu; familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer. BPO/customer relations experience preferred.
• Benefits: competitive salary Rs37,00–Rs40,00/month, performance incentives, and career growth opportunities.
