Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Performance Social Media Marketer to lead scalable paid social campaigns that maximize ROI and sustainable growth. You will plan and execute campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, optimize bids, creatives, and funnels using data-driven insights, and run rigorous A/B tests. Responsibilities include budget management, KPI reporting, cross-functional collaboration with creative, product, and analytics teams, and mentoring junior marketers to elevate performance standards.
- Minimum 4 years in performance social marketing
- Proficient with Ads Managers, analytics tools, Excel, and attribution models
- Proven track record improving ROAS; excellent communication and problem-solving skills
