Job Description

KS HRBC SMC-PRIVATE Limited seeks a Customer Service Agent for its Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience with CRM systems and SaaS platforms, strong problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor suited to a fast-paced, client-facing role.

• 1–2 years customer service experience (CRM/SaaS required)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Professional communication and basic graphic design knowledge

Onsite position, Eastern hours, five days per week. Salary range: PKR 75,00–120,00.
