Job Description
Touchstone Communications is seeking an IT Support Officer to deliver prompt, professional technical assistance. The role involves managing IT support tickets, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and performing software installations and configurations.
- Manage support tickets: response, resolution, and escalation
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, and peripheral hardware
- Install and configure software; document resolutions
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, minimum 1 year of IT support experience, and proficiency with Windows installations and Microsoft Office. Full-time position; pay: Rs55,00.00 per month. Night shift availability required.
