Job Description
We seek an energetic, goal-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support our real estate sales operations. You will lead and motivate sales consultants, drive property transactions, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, managing leads and CRM, conducting property presentations and site visits, coordinating events and marketing activities, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; 1–5 years sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, CRM and MS Office skills; knowledge of local market and regulations
- Ability to meet targets and travel locally; valid driving license and vehicle preferred
Full-time; Pay: Rs40,00–Rs100,00 per month; On-site.
