Job Description
Abacus is seeking a dedicated Training Executive to lead learning initiatives for our expanding BPO/call center operations. You will design and deliver training programs that improve agent performance, enhance customer experience, and support business objectives.
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training for new hires and agents
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and monitor training KPIs
- Coach and mentor trainers; collaborate on curriculum and content development
Requirements: Minimum 2 years in a training role within a BPO/call center, strong facilitation and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or a related field. Master’s/MBA preferred. Full-time position.
