Job Description
We are seeking motivated, experienced, and dedicated female School Coordinators to join the PECHS Chapter of The Orchid School. This role focuses on ensuring excellence in academic operations for primary classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily academic operations in primary classes.
- Support teachers with instructional strategies.
- Monitor classroom performance and maintain educational quality.
- Facilitate communication between teachers, parents, and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
