Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Regional HR Manager to support HR operations across multiple sites. You will assist with talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, HR policy implementation, and local compliance. This role partners with regional managers to drive employee engagement, training programs, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience, strong communication and analytical skills, knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office is preferred. This position requires problem-solving, cultural sensitivity, and a hands-on approach to support a growing regional team.
